Dedicate Website For Your Home

Custom Website

One of the more Recent Innovations the BlueCarpet Team has implemented, is building out custom websites complete with HDR Photography, and Video of our Sellers Property. It has been extremely effective. Once the site is built, we dedicate a large part of our Marketing Budget for the home to advertising the Custom Website in it’s Niche Market. For a Toronto Condo we target “Toronto Condos For Sale” and for an Oakville Townhome, we target “Oakville Townhouses For Sale.” It is a very calculated approach, and is one of the reasons we find a lot of our own Buyers for properties that we are selling.
