It might be driven by personal achievement, it may be driven by the need to satisfy his clients, but Andrew is always chasing the record sale. When asked about this, Andrew responded with the following, “It’s a bit of both. I have pride in my work, but more importantly I would like my clients to reap the reward of a Record Sale. My clients matter to me.”
WHAT INSPIRES ANDREW
A better life for everyone around him. Record Sale implies that Andrew’s client sold for a price higher than anyone with the same home or condo. Although more net proceeds on the sale of home do not imply a better life, it certainly allows one to be more financially secure. When asked about what Inspires him, Andrew responded, “My goal is to deliver the Ultimate Client Experience through Record Sales. I’m inspired by the idea that by the time the sale is done, my client will be better off then before we met. This highly motivates me.”
