BEGINNING OF ANDREW'S JOURNEY
Finishing University and completing several designations while working for the bank, Andrew had plenty of exposure to a broad client base. One day a regular client of his suggested he become a Realtor because of his warm and entrepreneurial nature. It didn’t take long before Andrew realized his true calling, and plunged head first into Real Estate.

Becoming one the youngest award winning Agents at his massive brokerage, Andrew solidified his path toward a career of Service Excellence for his clients. Learning from some of the Top Brokers in Mississauga, Andrew was a sponge, absorbing everything he could about systems and client service standards.
PLATINUM AWARD WINNER
Andrew became the youngest under 30 Platinum Award winner at his Brokerage that had a current roster of 175 Realtors. In an industry that has for a very long time been dominated by older more established brokers, Andrew was challenging this thought with his superior service and high referral rate. It was quite a personal achievement, and only made him hungrier to improve and continue to set a new standard for Service Excellence.
TOP 1% IN THE GTA
At 36 years young and 11 years in the business, Andrew Brunner is recognized to be in the Top 1% of Realtors in the Greater Toronto Area. This achievement does not change anything, but rather Inspires Andrew to further evolve and improve his systems. BlueCarpet.ca was born at the end of 2016 as a response to this relentless pursuit for the Ultimate Client Experience.
