About 55 Prince Arthur Avenue — 55 Prince Arthur
A great opportunity to get a spacious home in the highly touted Annex neighbourhood. 55 Prince Arthur is a traditional mid rise — this 11-storey building houses 63 downtown Toronto condos and has been a part of the community since 1986.
The exterior of 55 Prince Arthur is reminiscent of older condo design — rectangularly shaped with brown-brick walls and large panelled windows — the inside, however, is modern and bears the sleekness of a hotel. Along with a spacious condo, residents receive access to the building’s reasonable list of amenities: pool, sauna, whirlpool, 24 hour security, concierge, parking garage, and a large rooftop terrace for barbeques.
This building is pet friendly — one pet is permitted per unit without weight restrictions — so your Great Dane is welcome too.
The Suites
55 Prince Arthur Street is unique, in that it has 2 storey townhouse units on the ground floor, each with a private entrance. The remainder of suites are comprised of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 2 bedroom + den condos. The prices of these Toronto condos for sale vary based on unit size and past renovations, but can be pricey compared to other buildings in the neighbourhood.
You’ll never hear anyone refer to the suites in this building as small — the smallest unit is almost 1600 square feet, the largest is over 4000. In addition to above average size, some of these condos have wood-burning fireplaces and large balconies. Finishes vary from unit to unit but expect hardwood flooring, tall ceilings and floor to ceiling windows.
As an added bonus to those who like to entertain guests — there is guest valet parking and guest suites for extended stays.
